A spiritual mentor, energy healer, and endlessly curious woman.
I believe some of the most beautiful transformations happen when we stop trying to become someone else and begin coming into right relationship with who we already are.
For me, that means living with integrity. Being honest with ourselves and the people around us. Learning to trust our own knowing, honor our yes and our no, and make choices that feel aligned with what we genuinely value.
It's not about getting everything right.
It's about building a relationship with yourself that feels honest, loving, and trustworthy.
A Little About My Journey
My path has been anything but linear.
For more than 23 years, I've worked as a hairstylist, sitting with people through some of life's most beautiful, vulnerable, and transformative moments. Those years have taught me so much about listening, connection, and the extraordinary stories we all carry.
Along the way, my curiosity about healing, spirituality, and human potential led me into energy work, studying with a High Priestess, facilitating women's circles, leading Love Light Attunements, teaching movement, and co-facilitating psychedelic retreats.
I've had the privilege of witnessing people soften, open, find their courage, and remember parts of themselves they thought they'd lost.
And I've lived my own share of experiences that have asked me to practice everything I teach.
Grief. Love. Heartbreak. Reinvention. Moments of profound clarity and moments when I had absolutely no idea what came next.
Through it all, I've continued returning to two things: my trust in the Divine and my willingness to be honest with myself.
What I Believe
I believe Divine Love is always available to us. Not something we have to earn, but something we can learn to recognize and receive.
I believe our bodies carry wisdom worth listening to.
I believe the parts of ourselves we've judged or hidden deserve curiosity and compassion rather than shame.
And I believe that when we begin living in alignment with our own integrity, something extraordinary happens.
We become people we can count on.
Not because life stops challenging us, but because we learn how to stay connected to ourselves through it all.

It's about creating spaces where you can explore, question, discover, and deepen your own relationship with yourself and the Divine.
